FAQ's

My order won't go through what should I do?

If you're receiving an error message, please make sure you are entering all your correct information (credit card, billing address etc.) Also make sure you are using the latest version of your web browser. If you continue to receive error messages please contact customer care.

If I need to change something on my order or cancel, how can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours if possible and once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make changes.

I just placed my order, can I add another item?

We can only add an item to an existing order within 24 hours of placing your order, if your order has not shipped.

I'm unsure about a size and I have a question. How do I find this information?

Please see our size guide for general information on sizing. If you still have specific questions about an item or sizing guidelines, please contact customer care.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase or sooner. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided and estimated delivery date when you track the package at ups.com. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com

How long does it take to process a return/exchange?

Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.

I'm in love with a product that's out of stock. What should I do?

Contact customer care and we will let you know via email if we will be getting more in.

Can I exchange or return items purchased on sale?

Diva Like Me does exchanges only. If an item was on sale it can be returned for an exchange only. If the item was a FINAL SALE, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Do you have any store front locations?

We're an online-only fashion boutique, but may expand our business to store fronts in the future. In the meantime you can shop with us 24/7, 365 days a year from around the country.

What is your Vintage/Pre-Owned section?

Vintage is new or second hand garments origination from a previous era, usually anything made between 1920's and 1980's. Some people look for vintage items that are rate and no longer available. If we see unique vintage items we grab them for the vintage lovers. Pre-owned means previously owned, not new, but gently worn and in good condition.
